Body positive fitness instructors and Nashville based therapists, Jessi Schlachter, and I believe a unique healing experience happens when physical health and mental health are integrated. The movement process series is designed to redefine the exercise experience for individuals who desire to connect with their mind, body, and own personal story. If you live in a state of fighting for a past or future version of yourself I encourage you to step into this opportunity.
Each workshop contains equal parts education, movement, and candid vulnerable dialogue. Every month we bring a new topic and a new kind of movement and every month you will gain a greater sense of connection to your emotional AND physical self.
If this idea freaks you out- WE ARE SO GLAD. We can only truly move forward if we allow ourselves to walk into our fear and for a lot of us learning to accept + move our body at the same time is terrifying. The good news is it is possible.
